We go to this hotel regularly when we go to Buenos Aires, and we stay for a week or longer. It's a classical hotel, well maintained, no modern furniture, with some little problems here or there like slow drain in bathroom. Central area means you will be safe (for Buenos Aires standards) but it is not a super elegant neighbourhood. Location is excellent, you are 10 min away from 2 subway lines and all the buses on Santa Fe avenue. Breakfast is good. Staff is (mostly) amazingly friendly; the waiter Roberto adds a personal touch to the hotel. Security and 24h reception. There are 2 Cyan Americas in the same block; the other one has paid parking (25000 or 19 euros per day) and swimming pool, while this one has friendlier staff and a nicer restaurant room. The prices may vary but the 2 hotels are otherwise almost the same. Amazing value for money

The staff is super nice. We could leave our luggages till the check-in as we arrived earlier and at the check-out we could also store them until our taxi arrived. They also arranged transfer to the airport. Breakfast was delicious. They provide baby bed for small children. Location is also super nice if you want to visit the center and the main attractions. Also Retiro railway station is close (15min walk) and a metro station is also near by (5 min). Room is nice , perfect for sleeping and they do cleaning every day.

The hotel was in a perfect location — we were able to walk to many major attractions, which made exploring the city super easy. Ubers found the hotel quickly, and we had no issues with transportation. The reception staff spoke excellent English, which made communication smooth and stress-free. Our room was spacious and comfortable, although the view wasn’t particularly impressive. The breakfast was excellent and offered a great variety. All in all, a very good stay!

Traditional hotel, elegant, classy. Staff support friendly, will offer tours and tango shows. They gave us an upgrade, a huge room with an extra bed. Very large bathroom that could do with a bit of maintenance. Being in the city centre it was really quiet. Good breakfast for argentine standards. Cold water offered in reception. Rooms have a small fridge. Wifi is quite fast and stable. Very dark to sleep, large beds.

The hotel is in a very central location. Very easy to walk from there to many well known neighbourhoods. The bedrooms were quite good and large, even though the rooms/bathrooms could use a bit of an update. Everything was clean and well maintained. The air con worked perfectly. The breakfast was also very good, with a good variety of food. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
